$10 per notarial act

Loan Signings starting at $150

$20 surcharge for appointments exceeding the 1 hour appointment time. This appointment time may be increased if there is a large number of documents.

$20 surcharge if you are more than 20 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time and may result in rescheduling the appointment.
